Can it be frozen?

Once prepared and cooked, many dishes can be frozen and kept for a later date. Many, however, cannot and will usually turn into an unappealing mush if you do.

When we say that a dish can be frozen, we mean that, once you have thawed it and reheated it (if applicable), then it will be as nice or almost as nice as when the dish was freshly cooked. You should bear in mind that any dish is almost always nicer when it has been freshly made.
