Salmon & Prawn Pasta
This delicious “one-pot” meal is very simple to prepare and extremely quick to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 120g pasta
- 140g salmon
- 6 cooked tiger prawns
- 30g parmesan
- 5g dill
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 150ml double cream
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. If you have freshly made your own pasta, cook it as you usually do.
- While the pasta is cooking, grate the parmesan, finely chop the dill, juice the lemon and cut the salmon into strips about ½cm thick.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it back into the pan over a medium heat. Then add in all of the other ingredients.
- Stir everything together and cook it for about 5 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked, stirring it frequently.
- Dish it out and serve.

Can it be prepared in advance? No.
Will leftovers be nice? Not really, unless eaten cold.
